Arsim was born as the youngest of eight children to Kosovar parents. Being raised in two completely different cultures left a deep and lasting impression.
Already at a young age Arsim did what felt right to him and took unconventional decisions, without wanting to be respectless towards his culture, religion and traditions. More important than not to disappoint others was for him to not disappoint himself. That he were not brave enough to ask uncomfortable life questions, act accordingly and tap his full potential. He has always been curious about life, the human soul and the triggers behind human motivation. That’s why leaving the known path and looking for new experiences by meeting new people to find out more about life and himself became an essential part of his life. He formed deep friendships with outstanding people from different cultures and backgrounds all around the world whilst travelling. It gives him a deep feeling of happiness to visit them as often as possible.
Despite a few conflicts with cultural expectations, he strongly values the connection to his family and tries to be as close to them as possible. As his parents grew old, he started to take care of them for several years. Meanwhile he is the uncle of a total of 31 and great-uncle of nine kids. He gives his best to have a good and personal relationship with them, which is quite a challenge considering the big size of the family...
Arsim’s success at a high level of the tech industry working for Microsoft developed his advanced skills in strategy, communication, and devising innovative solutions. In his corporate career, he quickly became known as the man who never settled for anything less than outstanding results, and was honored with a company award as one the best employees in Western Europe in 2010.
But once again - as so often in his life - he realized that he was missing his higher calling, as he sought and eventually found answers to why his prestige and wealth were not translating to the happiness and enthusiasm he had felt as a boy and teenager.
Arsim looked around and saw many other men like him—still young but approaching middle age, seemingly “on top of the world”, but out of touch with their passions and without a close connection to even the most important people in their lives.
It was from this vantage point that Arsim developed his LEGEND Coaching method — a rallying cry for the world’s most capable men to reconnect with the fire inside they’d let die and to once again Dare To Be Great.
After developing and refining the LEGEND Coaching program for years with the same intense focus and uncompromising standards that fuelled his meteoric career at Microsoft, Arsim began working with first clients in 2014. The results were astounding.
Now he wakes up in the morning with purpose and energy, determined to fulfill his unique mission — to make the world a better place by empowering remarkable men to be the best they can be at work and at home. And most important of all, to ensure that they create a legacy that will be treasured by the generations to come.

"Try not to become a man of success, but rather try to become a man of value." - Albert Einstein
How can people establish trust in you if you don’t make the first step to trust them first? To show a proof of your trust? For me - if my intuition feels right, there is no holding back. All in.
I believe greatness is not for a selected few - it is in all us. Even if we ourselves cannot embrace our full potential yet. In sum with others true magic happens.
Taking 100% responsibility means to make decisions for your life indepently of religion, traditions and expectations of community if they doesn’t make sense to me. That also means to suffer the consequences when things are not working out.
Every big emotion is a mirror of yourself. Pointing at other people and making them responsible for your misery is simple, but having a high level of self - reflection can avoid unnecessary conflicts and helps you grow as a human.
Every time has their own challenges. Taking the best from the past, from our antecessors, but at the same time being willing to leave the outdated behind, to be open for new learnings - that is called progress.
New challenges require new skills and talents.
What makes Arsim different as a coach is that he has a deep understanding and an unique approach to the three biggest challenges of our time:
The gender gap, the social impact of the internet invasion and the daily consequences of globalisation.
This allows him to see things from a different perspective and get to the core issues much quicker than others.
"If you don’t do activly good, you do bad. As simple as that."
Who else could I highlight first than my beloved father? He was and is a great role model who always helped other people. "Not possible" was not possible for him. His GREATNESS as a human will shine for generations to come. I am proud to be his son.
A true Superman. A true LEGEND.
"The unfolding of the bare human soul, that is what interests me."
What I love about Bruce Lee is less his very popular and outstanding fighting skills but his progressive thinking: He was one of the first who combined old soul wisdom from Asia with body science from USA and intellectual / mind knowledge from Europe. This made him as powerful as he was. Unforgettable.
"It's not how hard you hit, it’s how hard you get hitted and keep moving forward."
No, I don't like many of his movies but I do love Stallone's biography which is similar to Rocky Balboa. Both went through similar stages and crises in their life. And both get up over and over again. He is a shining symbol of male attributes such as COURAGE and PERSISTANCE. A true role model and inspiration.
